MANILA, Philippines – Nagpasalamat si Vice President Sara Duterte sa Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) sa pag-oorganisa ng national peace rally, na tinawag niyang “powerful display of unity and faith.”
Sa video message sa naturang event, pinuri ni Durerte ang INC sa kanilang pagnanais nito ng pagkakaisa at kapayapaan.
“I thank our brothers and sisters in the INC for their dedication to deliver understanding and unity to our countrymen,” ani Duterte.
“Amid the rising price of goods, poverty, and other challenges, a peaceful and united Philippines will never falter and will always rise up to challenges,” dagdag pa niya.
Ang peace rally ng INC ay sabayang isinagawa sa iba’t ibang lungsod sa bansa.
Ayon sa pamunuan ng relihiyon, ang rally ay bilang suporta sa panawagan ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. laban sa pagsusulong ng impeachment kay Vice President Sara Duterte. RNT/JGC
