MANILA, Philippines- Binuksan na ng Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) ang aplikasyon para sa nais maging presiding justice ng Court of Tax Appeals (CTA).
Ang kasalukuyang CTA Presiding Justice na si Roman G. Del Rosario ay magreretiro sa Oct. 6. Ang mga miyembro ng hudikatura ay awtomatikong nagreretiro sa edad na 70.
Ayon sa JBC, ang deadline para sa pagsusumite ng application o rekomendasyon ay sa July 21.

– for the complete details and guidelines on application requirements, access the JBC Online Registration and Application System (JBC O.R.A.S.) through the Philippine Judiciary Platform – http://www.portal.judiciary.gov.ph
– and accomplish the necessary steps therein in order to formally submit an online application.”
Ang JBC ay isang constitutional office na siyang sumasalang sa mga nais pumasok sa hudikatura, Office of the Ombudsman, deputy Ombudsman, special prosecutor at maging miyembro ng
Legal Education Board.
