MANILA, Philippines – Nadakip ng mga tauhan ng pinagsanib na pwersa ng Pasay City police, Sorsogon Provincial Police Office (SPPO) at ng Pilar Municipal Police Station ang top 1 Most Wanted Person (MWP) nitong nakarang Sabado ng gabi.
Sa report na isinumite ni Pasay City police chief P/Col. Joselito De Sesto kay Southern Police district (SPD) director P/Brig. Gen. Randy Arceo ay kinilala ang inarestong suspek na si alyas Ronald, 43, isang construction worker, tubong Sorsogon City, at residente ng Barangay 73, Pasay City.
Base sa isinagawang imbestigasyon, naganap ang pagdakip sa suspek bandang alas 9:30 ng gabi ng Sabado sa loob ng kanyang tahanan sa Barangay 73, Pasay City.
Matagumpay na naisakatuparan ang pag-aresto kay alyas Ronald sab isa ng isinilbing warrant of arrest na inisyu ni Sorsogon City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Family Court Presiding Judge Zach Zaragosa Ziga ng Branch 12.
Si alyas Ronald ay may kinahaharap na patong-patong na kasong 5 counts ng sexual assault na mayroong rekomendasyon na piyansa sa halagang ₱200,000 at 4 counts ng rape na wala namang kautusan ng korte na rekomendasyon ng piyansa.
Matapos ang pag-aresto sa suspek ay dinala ito sa Warrant and Subpoena Section (WSS) ng Pasay City police para sa tamang proseso ng dokumentasyon bago pa man ito i-turnover sa kustodiya ng Pilar Municipal Police Station sa Sorsogon City kung saan lilitisin ang kanyang mga kinahaharap na kaso.
