Manila, Philippines – Suportado ng mga kongresista mula sa Northern Luzon sa pangunguna ni House Speaker Faustino “Bojie” Dy III ang administrasyong Marcos.
Kinumpirma ng may 40 miembro ng Northern Luzon Alliance sa Kamara na nagmula sa Region 1, Region 2 at Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), ang anila’y “unequivocal and collective support” para kay Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. maging sa mga national agenda na isinusulong nito.
“Guided by our sworn duty to advance the national interest and to uphold the integrity of our democratic institutions, we stand united behind the President’s governance agenda for a stable, progressive and future-ready Philippines.”
Banggit pa sa ipinalabas na pahayag ng alyansa na isinusulong nito ang pagpapalakas at pagpapatatag sa bansa maging ang socio-economic transformation plan ng administrasyon.
“We affirm our unwavering commitment to work in harmony with the Executive in order to strengthen national stability through sound, evidence-based policymaking; advance the President’s socio-economic transformation agenda anchored on food security, digital modernization, economic expansion, and strengthened human capital; support the full implementation of infrastructure development programs that enhance connectivity, competitiveness and inclusive regional growth; and champion legislation that tangibly improves the lives of ordinary Filipinos particularly farmers, fisherfolk, workers, educators and micro-entrepreneurs,” ayon sa inilabas na manifesto.
Pinagtitibay din ng alyansa ang suporta nito sa pagsusulong ng pamahalan para sa “transparency, efficiency and accountability” sa paggamit ng pondo ng bayan, pagpapatatag sa digital governance at open data systems upang maiwasan ang posibilidad ng anomalya at korapsyon.
Kabilang anila sa mga hakbanging sinusuportahan din ng alyansa ay ang pagdidisiplina laban sa mga tiwaling opisyal at empleado ng gobyerno, ang pagtiyak na naipapatupad ang due process at public trust; at ang pagsusulong sa ethical governance at matiyak na may kaayusan ang serbisyo publiko sa ikapananatili ng integridad at pinakamtaas na standards sa pagtupad ng katungkulan.

Marcos, Jr. and his Administration; Our full commitment to pass legislation aligned with the President’s national agenda; Our firm determination to uphold transparency, accountability and the rule of law; and Our unyielding resolve to protect the integrity of our institutions and preserve national stability. With one voice, We stand prepared to work collaboratively and constructively with the Executive Branch in pursuit of a more prosperous, orderly and united Philippines,” dagdag pa sa manifesto.
