“Search Warrants were served at establishments located in General Trias and Imus, Cavite, resulting in the seizure of a substantial quantity of counterfeit Louis Vuitton products with an estimated value of P121,622,838,” anito.

Inihayag din nitong nagsagawa ang mga may-ari ng mga sinalakay na establisimyento ng “infringement of trademark” na labag sa Republic Act No. 8293, ang Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines.

“The case stemmed from the complaints filed by the representative of Louis Vuitton, Mayank Vaid, against individuals and entities engaged in the unauthorized sale and distribution of counterfeit products bearing the Louis Vuitton trademark,” patuloy nito.
