PBBM nakiisa sa sambayanan sa Araw ng Kalayaan

MANILA, Philippines – NAKIISA si Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. sa sambayanang Filipino kasabay ng paggunita sa ika-1 27 taong anibersaryo ng Proclamation of Philippine Independence o Araw ng Kasarinlan o mas kilala rin bilang Araw ng Kalayaan, Araw ng Huwebes, Hulyo 12.

“Today, we celebrate one of the proudest milestones in our history—the moment our flag was first unfurled in the sky on that eventful day of 1 898 in Kawit, Cavite,” ayon sa Pangulo sa kanyang mensahe para sa okasyong ito.

“The journey to reach that moment was long, arduous, and costly, requiring the sacrifice of selfless individuals for over a century. Because of their heroism, we now enjoy the rights and privileges reserved for those who have a country they can call their own,” aniya pa rin.

Ang Kalayaan na ipinaglaban ng mga ninuno ang nagsilbing inspirasyon para sa bagong henerasyon para sa layunin na makapagsusulong sa kapakanan ng lipunan at sangkatauhan.

“This precious gift has also encouraged countless individuals to dedicate their diligence and devotion to their respective fields for the glory of our great nation,” ayon pa sa Pangulo.

“That is why we must value our heritage by striving for excellence in preserving our rights and freedoms ensuring that they are used solely for the improvement and protection of our citizenry. So, let us continue to bear the vigor of our ancestors as we defend our nation against those who seek to diminish the strength of our people,” dagdag na pahayag nito.

Sa diwa ng pagiging makabayan ,sinabi ng Pangulo na “let us honor our priceless freedom by building a country worthy of the sacrifices made by our heroes. May you endeavor to enhance your abilities and character to give more to our nation. Through our collective efforts, we will forge the path of progress, stability, and prosperity for our present and future generations.”
