MANILA, Philippines – Inihayag ng Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation, and Unity (OPAPRU) nitong Huwebes na gagawin nila ang lahat para pabilisin ang plano ng administrasyong Marcos sa kapayapaan ngayong 2026.
“As we step into 2026, the OPAPRU, together with the rest of the Marcos Jr. administration and our staunch peace partners, stand with renewed strength, commitment and determination to push forward the comprehensive Philippine peace process to greater heights,” sabi ni OPAPRU chief Secretary Carlito Galvez Jr. sa kanyang mensahe sa Bagong Taon.
Nagpasalamat din si Galvez sa lahat ng peace stakeholders na sumuporta sa kanilang mga programa noong nakaraang taon. “The peace dividends that we are now reaping today have been made possible through our collective efforts. It is our hope that this year will once again be filled with milestones as we continue to sustain and build on the gains of peace across our country,” dagdag niya.
Umaasa si Galvez na magiging taon ng kapayapaan, pagmamahal, at pag-asa ang 2026. “Let us carry the lessons of 2025 and look ahead to the future with renewed optimism, passion and purpose. Once again, we wish everyone a happy and blessed New Year!” ani Galvez. RNT/MND
