MANILA, Philippines – Nakapiit na sa Correctional Institution for Women ang modelo na si Deniece Cornejo matapos mahatulan na makulong sa kasong serious illegal detention with ransom na isinampa ng actor-host na si Vhong Navarro.
Kinumpirma rin ng Bureau of Corrections na ang isa pang akusado na si Simeon Raz ay nasa Diagnostic Center ng New Bilibid Prison (NBP).
Naglabas na rin ng kautusan ang Taguig RTC para ipasok ang sa NBP ang negosyanteng si Cedric Lee na sumuko kagabi sa National Bureau of Investigation.
Samantala, pinuri ni Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Boying Remulla sina Antipolo City Prosecutor Mari Elvira B. Herrera, Senior Deputy State Prosecutor Hazel C. Decena-Valdez at Deputy State Prosecutor Olivia L. Torrevillas dahil sa matagumpay na pag hawak sa kaso ng aktor.
