MANILA, Philippines – Hinimok ni Muntinlupa Lone District Representative Jaime Fresnedi ang Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) na gumawa ng mas konkretong hakbang sa nagpapatuloy na pagkaantala sa suplay ng tubig sa lungsod.
Ani Fresnedi, ikinokonsidera niya rin ang paghahain ng resolusyon sa Kamara na naglalayon ng imbestigasyon sa patuloy na service interruptions sa lungsod.
“The recurring water interruptions from west zone concessionaire Maynilad Water Services, Inc. (Maynilad) continue to disrupt daily life across the city—affecting households, businesses, and even government operations,” saad sa pahayag ni Fresnedi nitong Biyernes, Abril 10.
“I hope that our water regulator should practice pro-active measures that will compel the water concessionaires to deliver a stable and efficient water services for our people. And that its power should not be limited to just imposing penalties,” sinabi pa ni Fresnedi.
