MANILA, Philippines- Inihayag ng Supreme Court (SC) nitong Miyerkules na wala itong nakitang ebidensya na na-hack ang sistema nito sa gitna ng mga alegasyon ng data breach.
“The Supreme Court and its service providers launched an immediate investigation and, as of this afternoon, found no evidence of a breach or indication that sensitive data was compromised,” pahayag nito.
Kasunod ito ng viral social media post na nagsasabing nakaranas ito ng data breach nitong Martes, kung saan nasiwalat umano ang sensitibong legal data ng mahigit 13,000 records tulad ng detalye ng mga kaso at payment information.
Anang korte, ipagpapatuloy nito na imbestigahan ang sitwasyon at magsasagawa ng panibagong Vulnerability and Penetration Testing assessment maging external review ng cybersecurity systems nito.
“We assure the public that in its current efforts to digitalize court processes, the Court has always given priority cybersecurity and taken the necessary precautions in terms of training, access, and the use of the needed apps and hardware,” pahayag ng SC.
