MANILA, Philippines – Arestado ang tatlong indibidwal sa umano’y iligal na operasyon ng liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) sa Bulacan, ayon sa Philippine National Police (PNP) nitong Martes, Mayo 26.
Nakumpiska ang nasa P1.36 milyong halaga ng kagamitan kasabay ng pagkakaaresto sa tatlong suspek sa warehouse sa Loma de Gato, Marilao.
“During the search, law enforcement personnel caught three employees of the establishment actively engaged in unauthorized refilling of LPG cylinders without clearance or authority from legitimate brand owners,” paliwanag ng pulisya.
Nakumpiska naman ang siyam na refilling heads, ilang LPG refilling hoses, motor compressor, at branded LPG cylinder tank.
Ang tatlong naarestong suspek ay dinala na sa kustodiya ng CIDG at nahaharap sa reklamong paglabag sa Republic Act No. 11592 o LPG Industry Regulation Act. RNT/JGC
