MANILA, Philippines- Kontento ang mayorya ng mga Pilipino sa mga nagawa ng Philippine Air Force (PAF), ayon sa pinakabagong survey ng OCTA Research.
Lumabas sa pinakabagong Tugon ng Masa survey na 73% ng Filipino adults ang kontento sa performance ng PAF habang 75% ang nagsabing nagtitiwala sila sa air force ng bansa.
“These findings show widespread public trust and approval of the Philippine Air Force. Across regions and demographics, Filipinos recognize the Philippine Air Force’s dedication to protecting the country and responding to evolving security challenges across regions and demographics,” pahayag ng OCTA.
Isinagawa ang non-commissioned survey sa pamamagitan ng face-to-face interviews mula November 10 hanggang 16, 2024.
Nakita rin sa survey na ang net trust ratings ng PAF ay pumalo sa +69 hanggang +80, na may pinakamataas na net trust rating sa Visayas.
“These record-high ratings and strong public support validate the PAF’s commitment to being a credible and agile force, responsive to national and regional security needs. They also affirm the Air Force’s essential contributions to sovereignty protection, humanitarian assistance, disaster response, and peacebuilding,” ani Colonel Rifiel Santiago Sotto, acting chief ng PAF Public Affairs Office.
“In 2025, the PAF will build on these achievements by further enhancing its capabilities, strengthening community engagement, and upholding transparency and operational excellence to remain a trusted partner in national security and development,” dagdag ng opisyal.
