MANILA, Philippines- Tinawag ni Vice President Sara Duterte nitong Lunes ang oint statement ng Philippine government at National Demorcatic Front of the Philippines na “agreement with the devil.”
Sa pahayag sa okasyon ng 5th anniversary ng National Task Force to End the Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC), tinutulan din ni Duterte ang amnesty proclamations ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. sa dating communist rebels.
“Mr. President, the government’s statement with the NDFP in Oslo was an agreement with the devil,” ani Duterte.
Ayon sa Bise Presidente, ipinapakita ng kasaysayan na hindi totoo ang mga komunistang rebelde sa pagsusulong ng kapayapaan at gagamitin lamang umano ng mga ito ang negosasyon upang traydorin ang goobyerno at lokohin ang publiko.
Hindi rin umano mabibigyan ng hustisya ang mga kaso ng barangay officials, security volunteers, mga pulis at sundalo na nasawi sa pagprotekta sa komunidad dahil sa amnesty proclamations.
“We appeal to your power to review these proclamations and agreements… Let us honor the memory of those who died in the senseless and bloody attacks of the NPA-CPP-NDFP,” giit ni Duterte.
“Mr. President, we can negotiate for peace and reconciliation and pursue meaningful development efforts in the Philippines without capitulating to the enemies,” dagdag niya. RNT/SA
