RIZAL – Isinailalim sa State of Calamity ang Cainta, ayon sa anunsyo ni Mayor Elenita Nieto.
“The southwest monsoon and Typhoon Carina’s continuous onslaught of rain since yesterday has brought severe flooding, causing huge damage to property and disruption of livelihood of our residents in all seven barangays,” anang alkalde sa kanyang anunsyo.
“We will continue to provide relief and to conduct rescue operations, with the goal of restoring our town,” dagdag pa niya. RNT
