Kelot tiklo sa baril sa Parañaque

MANILA, Philippines – Nadakip ng pinagsanib na pwersa ng Station Intelligence Section (SIS) at Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) ng Parañaque City police ang isang indibidwal na nakumpiskahan ng baril hatinggabi ng Lunes, Hunyo 2.

Sa report na isinumite ni Parañaque City police chief P/Col. Melvin R. Montante kay Southern Police District (SPD) director P/Brig. Gen. Jospeh Arguelles ay kinilala ang inarestong suspek an si alyas Noel, 30, residente ng Barangay San Antonio Valley (SAV) 1, Parañaque City.

Naganap ang pagdakip kay alyas Noel dakong alas 12:30 ng madaling araw bunsod ng isinilbing search warrant ng mga tauhan ng SIS at SWAT sa pakikipagkoordinasyon ng Barangay Peace and Order Council ng Barangay San Antonio.

Sa pagpapatupad ng search warrant ay nasamsam sa bahay ng suspek ang isang kalibre .38 revolver na kargado ng limang bala, isang sumpak, at isang explosive device.

Ang naturang operasyon ay naisagawa sa direktiba ni NCRPO Regional Director P/Maj. Gen. Anthony A. Aberin at ni Arguelles sa ilalim naman ng superbisyon ni Montante.

Kasalukuyang nakapiit sa custodial facility ng Parañaque City police ang suspek na nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa Republic Act 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act) at Republic Act 9516 (Unlawful Manufacture, Sale, Acquisition, Possession of Explosives or Incendiary Devices).
