MANILA, Philippines – Dalawang oras makaran ang insidente ng pamamaril ay nadakip ng mga tauhan ng Pasay City police ang isang lalaking suspek na bumaril sa kanyang 46-taong-gulang na amain Sabado ng gabi, Hulyo 5.
Kinilala ni Pasay City police chief P/Col. Joselito De Sesto ang nadakip na suspek na si alyas Nicanor, 32, residente ng Ilang-ilang Street, Barangay 184, Maricaban, Pasay City.
Base sa report ni De Sesto kay Southern Police District (SPD) director P/Brig. Gen. Randy Arceo, inaresto si alyas Nicanor bandang alas 7:37 ng gabi sa kahaban ng E. Rodriguez Street, Barangay 165, Malibay, Pasay City.
Ayon kay De Sesto, sa maagap na pagresponde ng trackers team sa pakikipagkoordinasyon sa Investigation and Detective Management Section (IDMS) at Sub-Station 7 ay agad na naaresto ang suspek sa loob lamang ng dalawang oras sa loob ng kanilang bahay makaraan ang insidente ng pamamaril.
Kasalukuyang nakapiit sa custodial facility ng IDMS ang suspek na nahaharap sa kasong frustrated murder habang patuloy ang pagsasagawa ng ollowf-up operation para sa pagrekober ng baril na ginamit sa krimen.
