MANILA, Philippines – Nanatiling malakas ang Severe Tropical Storm Opong (Bualoi) nitong Huwebes ng umaga habang kumikilos pa-kanluran hilagang-kanluran sa Philippine Sea, ayon sa PAGASA.
Alas-8 ng umaga, natukoy ang bagyo sa layong 365 km silangan ng Guiuan, Eastern Samar, taglay ang hanging 110 km/h at bugso na 135 km/h. May lawak na 450 km ang storm-force winds at kumikilos ito sa bilis na 20 km/h.
