MANILA, Philippines – Tatlong lugar na sa bansa ang nasa ilalim ng Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 4 sa inaasahang pananalasa ng Bagyong Tino.

Huling namataan ang sentro ng bagyong Tino sa layong 235 kilometro silangan timog silangan ng Guiuan, Eastern Samar.

Taglay nito ang lakas ng hangin na aabot sa 120 kilometro kada oras at pagbugso na hanggang 150 kilometro kada oras. Kumikilos ito pa-kanluran sa bilis na 25 kilometro kada oras.

Sa ulat ng PAGASA, inaasahang kikilos pa-kanluran ang Bagyong Tino at magla-landfall sa bisinidad ng southern portion ng Eastern Samar, Leyte, Southern Leyte, o Dinagat Islands gabi ng Lunes o madaling araw ng Martes, Nobyembre 4.

Tatawirin naman nito ang Visayas at Northern Palawan bago lumabas sa West Philippine Sea sa Miyerkules, Nobyembre 5.
