MANILA, Philippines – Ang punong ministro ng Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) at limang gobernador ng probinsiya ay nagpahayag ng buong suporta para kay Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. sa kanyang pagharap sa “one of the country’s most persistent challenges in corruption.”
Sa isang pampublikong pahayag nitong Huwebes, pinuri ng mga opisyal ang “clarity and decisiveness” ng Pangulo sa paglikha ng Independent Commission for Infrastructure at pag-freeze ng mga asset ng nauugnay sa mga maanomalyang proyekto sa pagkontrol sa baha.
“The Bangsamoro government stands with President Marcos in this campaign, united in the belief that honest governance is the foundation of peace, development, and a better future for all Filipinos,” ayon sa pahayag.
Ito ay nilagdaan ni Bangsamoro Chief Minister Abdulraof Macacua, Basilan Governor Mujiv Hataman, Lanao del Sur Governor Mamintal Adiong, Maguindanao del Norte Governor Tucao Mastura, Maguindanao del Sur Governor Ali Midtimbang, at Tawi-Tawi Governor Yshmael Sali.
Pinuri ng mga opisyal ang Pangulo sa pag-uutos sa mga ahensya na bawiin ang mga ninakaw na pondo ng publiko at para sa paggiit na itayo ang mga kaso sa “strong, irrefutable evidence.”
“These firm, deliberate, and measurable actions reflect a leadership focused not on spectacle but on real governance,” anila. “They protect communities, restore trust in government, and remind the nation that public service must remain sacred.” RNT/MND
