Manila, Philippines – As expected ay bumaha ng mga celebrities sa recently concluded Maddox Jewelry Iconic Runway Fashion Show 2026 na ginanap sa Isla Ballroom ng EDSA Shangrila Hotel.
Thanks to Maddox Jewelry matriarch Charo Cordial, ang president and CEO ng company, after pulling some strings here and there, she made everything possible.
Spotted sa runway ang controversial couple na sina AJ Raval and Aljur Abrenica.
People were looking for AJ’s baby bump lalo’t naibalita na siya ay buntis na naman courtesy of her boyfriend Aljur.
Rumampa rin sa runway ang ama ni AJ, ang action star na si Jeric Raval.
Claudine Barretto literally brought the house down with the way she walked sa runway na suot-suot ang mga diamonds sa kanyang leeg at sa kanyang fingers.
Her walk was well applauded.
The appearance of Roderick Paulate and Carmi Martin as the Icons of Legacy completed the celebrity line-up.
Marami ang napa-throwback sa Dick and Carmi days, way back, lalo na nang saglit na sumayaw ang oncam couple onstage to the tune of Rick Astley’s Together Forever.
Other celebrities spotted on stage were Ryza Cenon, Kris Bernal, Sheree, Aubrey Miles and Troy Montero, Katrina Halili, Ara Mina, Pokwang, and more.
Anjo Yllana and Dennis Padilla were seen at the audience.
According to Mam Charo, it was year 2020 nang naitayo ang company and she remember na before ay nasa 5 employees lang ang meron siya pero ngayon ay marami na.
“We are holding this fashion show to let the people know na affordable ang diamond sa lahat ng Pinoy. Ginagawa ko ang lahat para maging affordable sa lahat in a simple way na mura lang ang kita,” sabi ni Mam Charo.
FYI, ang pinakamurang piece of jewelry with diamonds sa Maddox ay P6,900.00.
Hindi rin inasahan ni Mam Charo ang pagdagsa ng celebrity clients niya sa Maddox.
“Before may mga customers na kami na celebrities like Ms Yayo Aguila and du’n na kami nagsimula hanggang sa marami na pala sila kaya nag-decide kami na mag-stage ng fashion show,” Mam Charo concluded. JP Ignacio
