MANILA, Philippines- Sinabi ng Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) na nabigyang-diin ang “neutrality and non-partisan stance” nito sa matagumpay na pagsasagawa ng May 12 midterm elections.
“The AFP remains resolute in upholding its mandate, remaining neutral and nonpartisan at all times. As guardians of the nation and defenders of democracy, we will continue to stand firm in protecting the will of the Filipino people and the sanctity of our democratic rights,” pahayag nito noong Martes.
“As the 2025 National and Local Elections draw near to its completion, the AFP reaffirms its steadfast commitment to its constitutional mandate and to supporting the Commission on Elections in ensuring the fair, orderly, and reliable conduct of the electoral process,” pahayag ng AFP. RNT/SA
