Dahilan—balita kasing tatakbo ang aktres-pulitiko bilang vice mayor, whose running mate is Mike Defensor.
Base ito sa lumabas na tarpaulin.
Mariin itong itinanggi ni Aiko.
Aniya: “I would like to categorically clarify that I am not running with former Congressman Mike Defensor in 2028, and there have been no talks, meetings, or discussions between us regarding any such plan.
“I also want to make it clear that I have absolutely no hand in the tarpaulins or materials circulating online and on the streets suggesting otherwise. These were not authorized by me or by my office.
“For the record, the only mayor I have been in constant communication with is Mayor @joyparasabayan, with whom I regularly discuss matters concerning our work and service to the people of Quezon City. I have also personally clarified this misinformation with her. The only leadership I believe in and fully support is Mayor Joy Belmonte’s stellar leadership, which continues to guide our city forward.
“I urge everyone to be responsible in sharing information and to refrain from spreading or creating materials that mislead the public.
“I remain focused on my work and on serving the people of District 5, Quezon City.”
