Alice Guo posibleng humingi ng tulong sa public officials – PAOCC

MANILA, Philippines – Sinabi ng Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC) nitong Sabado, Agosto 24 na posibleng may mga tumulong na public official para makalabas ng bansa si dismissed Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo kahit na may Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO) laban sa kanya.

“This would not have happened if no private individuals or maybe public officials have assisted her,” ayon kay PAOCC spokesperson Winston Casio sa news forum.

“An operation of that magnitude has so many moving parts and to control an information such as that would require a technical expertise that is not available to just a simple party or individual,” dagdag niya.

Ani Casio, possible ring nakatanggap ng tulong si Guo para makarating ng Batam, Indonesia.

“There may be a clue given that yung dalawang business partners nitong nina Guo at Li Ong ng Singaporean na si Zhang Jie at yung Chinese national na may hawak ding passport na si Duanren Wu ay mayroon ding mga business interest diyan sa area na yan,” pagbabahagi ni Casio sa panayam ng DZBB.

“In fact, napag-alaman namin na yung nagbayad nung hotel… doon sa Harris hotel Batam Center for the Guo siblings at Li Ong ay yung person of interest natin sa Lucky South 99 yung Singaporean national na si Zhang Jie.”

Matatandaan na isiniwalat ni Senador Risa Hontiveros noong Lunes na si Guo ay nakalabas na ng bansa noong Hulyo 18 patungong Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Sinabi rin ng PAOCC na nagtungo si Guo sa tatlong bansa, ang Malaysia, Singapore at Indonesia mula nang umalis siya ng Pilipinas.

Sa panayam, sinabi ni Bureau of Immigration (BI) spokesperson Dana Sandoval na nasa Indonesia pa rin si Guo at walang balak na umalis ng bansa.

“She could not have done it on her own… napakatanga naman namin lahat sa law enforcement… so someone, somewhere kept on dribbling the ball,” ani Casio.

“That is why the President released a public statement calling all of us to conduct an investigation as to what happened…,” dagdag pa. RNT/JGC
