MANILA, Philippines – Nasa Pilipinas pa rin si Senador Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa, ayon sa Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) nitong Biyernes, Mayo 22.
Tumanggi namang magbigay ng mas marami pang detalye si CIDG director Maj. Gen. Robert Alexander Morico II at sinabing “That information is classified.”
Nang tanungin naman kaugnay sa usap-usapan na lumabas na ng bansa si Dela Rosa sa pamamagitan ng “backdoor” exit, sinabi ni Morico na, “Senator Bato is still inside the country, and we will enforce that warrant of arrest.”
Si Dela Rosa ay wanted ng International Criminal Court (ICC) dahil sa crimes against humanity charges kaugnay sa madugong war on drugs ni dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte. RNT/JGC
