TAGUIG, Philippines – Arestado sa ikinasang buy-bust operation ng Taguig City police Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) ang isang babaeng high value individual (HVI) na nakumpiskahan ng ₱756,000 halaga ng shabu Martes ng tanghali, Hulyo 1.
Kinilala ang inarestong suspek na si alyas Arlen, 49, residente ng Purok 5, Barangay Lower Bicutan, Taguig City.
Ayon kay Southern Police District (SPD) director P/Brig. Gen. Randy Arceo, nadakip ang suspek base sa validated intelligence at koordinasyon sa PDEA ng SDEU sa ikinasang buy-bust operation bandang alas 11:40 ng tanghali sa Barangay Lower Bicutan, Taguig City.
Sa isinagawang operasyon ay narekober sa posesyon ng suspek ang isang heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet at isang knot-tied plastic bag na parehong naglalaman at may kabuuang timbang na 111.2 gramo ng hinihinalang shabu na nagkakahalaga ng ₱756,160, isang itim na eco bag at ang ₱500 buy-bust money kasama ang 12 piraso ng tig-₱1,000 boodle money na ginamit sa naturang operasyon.
Ang nakumpiskang ebidensya ay dinala sa SPD Forensic Unit para sa laboratory examination habang nahaharap naman sa paglabag sa Sections 5 at 11, Article II ng Republic Act 9165 o ang Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 ang suspek sa Taguig City Prosecutor’s Office.
