MANILA, Philippines – Nagbabala ang Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) sa mga social media user tungkol sa isang pekeng YouTube channel na nagpapanggap kay Chief of Staff General Romeo Brawner Jr.
Ayon sa AFP, gumagamit ang account ng “highly deceptive, AI-generated videos.”
“These contents are unauthorized, digitally manipulated, and intended to mislead,” dagdag ng ahensya.
“The AFP strongly condemns the malicious use of AI to undermine public trust, warning perpetrators and purveyors of deepfakes that the long arms of the law will soon catch up with them,” pahayag pa ng militar.
Hinihikayat din ng AFP ang publiko na “stay vigilant and rely only on official AFP channels.” Dave Baluyot
