Kung matatandaan ay 2015 yun nang nag-retire si Jiggy sa GMA7 at saka sumubok pumalaot sa politika.
Ngayon ay hindi siya sa Kapuso magbabalik kundi sa TV5.
Early 90’s ‘yun nang nagsimula si Jiggy sa broadcast industry sa ABS-CBN hanggang sa napunta siya sa Kapuso.
And when he thought na nagwa na niya ang lahat ay naisipan niyang mag-retire to focus on his family.
In his retirement ay na-focus din si Jiggy sa pagba-bible study, the reason why he is giving all of his decision making to the Lord.
It was in the middle of last year when TV5 reached out to Jiggy and asked him na bumalik sa broadcasting.
And to make the long story short, nakipag-meeting si Jiggy sa TV5 boss na si Ms. Luchie Cruz until everything is settled.
Sa Lunes, January 8, 2024 ay ang pagsisimula ni Jiggy bilang news anchor sa Frontline Pilipinas sa News5.
