KID AS POPULAR AS PARENT

“LIKE father, like daughter.” This is how Atty Tranquil Salvador III and his lovely and intelligent daughter are being described by people who knew them.

Tranquil is a popular/famous lawyer not only in the court but also in the academe. He is not only teaching at some universities like University of Sto. Tomas, Ateneo De Manila University and University of the Philippines but he also serves as review professor at various review centers in Metro Manila.

But just like him, his daughter Maria Isabela A. Salvador is not anybody or just an average student who graduated from Ateneo de Manila University. Isabela graduated from ADMU with a degree in BS Communications Technology Management specializing in Financial Management.

Her parents are truly proud of her because she graduated Cum Laude and her thesis group is among the top 5 finalists for best thesis. So therefore, she is also famous in her own field. Of course, she is also popular in her school.

Even her siblings and relatives are so proud of what she has achieved in her studies.

Her professors pushed her in joining different management case competition such as Creative Shock – where her team, placed 10th out of 431 participants from 34 countries; Operation Normal International Case Competition — where her team emerged as the Grand Champion, besting other students from South East Asia and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute Research Challenge – where her team placed 1st runner up on the national level.

She was also a student delegate representing Ateneo de Manila University in the Singapore FinTech Festival.

Even in her younger years — high school at Saint Pedro Poveda College, she has been a regular recipient of different awards and she graduated as an Outstanding Student.

Leadership Award has been accorded to her, being class president in 7th, 9th and 11th grade, batch representative in 8th grade, and subsequently Student Council President in her senior year of High School.

Also in high school, she represented the school in various educational simulations such as Model United Nations, Peace Congress in EDSOR (a consortium of schools in the EDSA) and World Simulation Gaming in Kyoto Gakuen School, Japan.

And take note, she was nominated by the Zonta Club of Marikina for the Zonta International for Young Women in Public Affairs. In graduation, she was awarded Poveda Artist of the Year (for Performing Arts-Theatre).

In grade school at the same learning institution, she was an Outstanding Student, and was selected to deliver the speech during the Grade School Graduation. She was likewise class president in Grade 2, Grade 5 and Grade 6.

Is there any other reason why her parents and everyone who loves Isabela should not be proud?
