MANILA, Philippines – Arestado ng mga tauhan ng Las Piñas City Police ang top 6 most wanted person (MWP) sa pakikipagkoordinasyon ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Group – Anti-Organized Crime Unit (CIDG-AOCU) sa isinagawang joint operation sa Lipa City, Batangas, Biyernes ng umaga, Oktubre 10.
Kinilala ni Las Piñas City Police Chief P/Col. Sandro Jay D.C. Tafalla ang nadakip na suspek na si alyas Jaypee, 38, residente ng Barangay Malagonlong, Lipa City, Batangas, at tinaguriang top 6 MWP ng Las Piñas City Police (station level) ngayong buwan ng Oktubre 2025.
Sinabi ni Tafalla na matagumpay na naisakatuparan ang pagdakip kay alyas Jaypee bandang alas-10:00 ng umaga sa Purok 3, Barangay Malagonlong, Lipa City, Batangas.
Ayon kay Tafalla, ang pag-aresto sa suspek ay bunsod ng warrant of arrest na inisyu noong Oktubre 8, 2025 kaugnay sa kasong sexual assault sa ilalim ng Criminal Case No. 25-1075 na inilabas ng Las Piñas City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 198 ni Judge Pia Cristina B. Bersamin-Embuscado, na may kaakibat na rekomendasyon ng piyansa sa halagang ₱120,000 para sa kanyang pansamantalang kalayaan.
Pansamantalang nasa kustodiya ng CIDG-AOCU si alyas Jaypee na kasalukuyang nakapiit sa custodial facility habang isinasaayos ang pag-turnover ng suspek sa mga tauhan ng Las Piñas City Police.
