MANILA, Philippines – Iniimbestigahan ng Philippine Air Force (PAF) ang posibilidad ng mekanikal na sira at pagkakamali ng tao sa pagbagsak ng FA-50 fighter jet sa Bukidnon.
Nakuha na ang flight data recorder ng eroplano para matukoy ang kalagayan nito bago ang insidente.
“We are going to look at all angles. Yes, you’ve mentioned material factor, mechanical factors, human factor – we are going to look at their medical records, mental state records, and aside from that, environmental is also a factor,” ani PAF spokesperson Colonel Maria Consuelo Castillo.
Samantala, ipinahayag ng PAF na narekober na nila ang ‘black box’ na naglalaman ng flight data recorder ng nasabing jet.
“It will be brought to experts and what we are going to find there are the usual flight data, the altitude, the airspeed, all the other things,” dagdag pa ni Castillo.
Narekober ang mga bangkay ng dalawang piloto na sina Lieutenant AJ Dadulla at Major Jude Salang-oy, kapwa miyembro ng 7th Tactical Fighter Squadron. Nakatakda sanang ikasal si Dadulla sa Marso 15.
Wala pang pahayag ang Department of National Defense kung maaapektuhan ang planong pagbili ng 12 FA-50 jets mula South Korea. RNT
