MANILA, Philippines- Bunsod ng nararanasang matinding init sa mga eskwelahan, pinahintulutan ng Division of City Schools of Manila ang mga guro at estudyante na magsuot ng komportableng damit.
Batay sa Division Memorandum No. 123, series of 2024, ang mga guro at estudyante ay pinapayagan din na magsuot ng mas komportableng damit maliban sa uniporme upang mabawasan ang init na kanilang nararamdaman, siguraduhin na ito ay sumusunod pa rin sa angkop na pananamit na tinalakay sa Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 19, Series of 2000.
Pinaalalahanan din ang mga punong-guro ng mga paaralan sa Lungsod ng Maynila sa kanilang awtoridad na suspindehin o lumipat sa iba pang modalidad sa pag-aaral, batay sa kanilang assessment sa sitwasyon sa kanilang mga lugar.
“Schools are reminded that face-to-face classes must, at all times, be the default modality, except on extreme cases. While School Principals have the authority over class programming, you are reminded of your accountability with learning outcomes,” saad sa nabanggit na memorandum.
“On exceptional cases where suspension of the face-to-face classes or shifting to asynchronous modality is best [the] resolve, the Office reiterates that the shift in modality is within the Authority, Responsibility, and Accountability of the School Principals,” anito pa. JAY Reyes
