KUWAIT – Sinabi ng Ministry of Defense ng Kuwait na “several United States military aircraft crashed” nitong Lunes, Marso 2 at sinabing “all crew members survived.”
Ang pahayag ay kasunod ng mga video na kumalat sa social media na nagpapakita ng fighter jet na bumagsak sa Kuwait at bumabagsak ang isang piloto gamit ang parachute.
Hindi pa matukoy ang sanhi ng pagbagsak ng eroplano, at wala pa ring komento ang US Central Command at White House kaugnay nito.
“Relevant authorities immediately initiated search-and-rescue operations,” sinabi ni Kuwait defense ministry spokesperson Col. Said Al-Atwan.
“The crews were evacuating from the crash sites and transferred to hospital to assess their condition and provided necessary medical care,” dagdag pa.
Nasa stable na kondisyon naman ang mga crew member nito.
