Office of Chief Infantry binuhay ng PH Army

Gen. Roy Galido.

“The reactivation of the Office of the Chief Infantry marks a strategic step towards strengthening our force structure and enhancing the capabilities of our infantry units,” wika ni Galido.

Unang binuwag ang unit noong 2004.

Dagdag niya, magsisilbi ang Office of the Chief Infantry na “nerve center for planning force design, capability development, and the seamless integration of doctrines into operations” na titiyak na magsisilbi ang infantry units na “formidable and adaptable fighting force” bilang pagsuporta sa strategic shift ng militar sa external security operations.

Ayon pa kay Galido, ang muling pagbuhay sa Office of the Chief Infantry ay nagpapatibay sa dedikasyon ng Army “to sustaining programs and innovations that will enhance operational readiness and effectiveness.”
