MANILA, Philippines – Binaril saka sinaksak ang pulis na napatay sa loob ng National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) headquarters sa Taguig City batay sa autopsy ng kanyang bangkay, sinabi ng Philippine National Police (PNP) nitong Miyerkules, Disyembre 11.
Sa press briefing na isinagawa sa Camp Crame, sinabi ni PNP spokesperson Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo na ang biktimang si Executive Master Sergeant Emmanuel de Asis, ay binaril ng suspek na si Lt. Col. Roderick Pascua noong Nobyembre 28, batay sa spot report ng Taguig City Police.
“Based on the official autopsy report, the victim’s cause of death was gunshot wounds and stab wounds. He has one gunshot wound in the head and another in the neck and then multiple stab wounds in the body. This would somehow give them (Taguig police) the impression that there is more [to the] story than what Lt. Col. Pascua is sharing [with] them,” dagdag ni Fajardo.
Aniya, nakita ng Taguig police ang hacksaw na pinaniniwalaang ginamit sa pagchop-chop sa katawan ni De Asis.
“It was found at the back of the Married Officers’ Quarters (MOQ) apartment. A solution was applied to the hacksaw which indicated that it had blood stains,” dagdag ni Fajardo. RNT/JGC
