Manila, Philippines – Ibinasura ng Pasay Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 46 ang kasong acts of lasciviousness na isinampa ni Sandro Muhlach laban sa dalawang independent creators na sina Jojo Nones at Richard Cruz.
Ayon sa desisyon: “The acts of lasciviousness are necessarily included in the charge of rape.”
Kinatigan nga ng korte ang inihaing motion to quash ng kampo ng dalawang umano’y nanggahasa sa Sparkle actor.
Partikular na tinukoy ng korte ang kasong isinampa sa Department of Justice o DOJ noong Oktubre last year.
Ayon sa korte, may “overkill” daw sa pagpa-file ng mga “instant information.”
Masaya naman ang legal counsel nina Nones at Cruz na si Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque sa naging court decision.
Aniya, ikinatutuwa daw niya na nakita ng hukuman ang “legal infirmity that we’ve been raising at the onset.”
Matatandaang ang kasong isinampa ni Sandro ay kaugnay ng insidente sa GMA Gala noong July 2024.
Rape through sexual assault at acts of lasciviousness ang paratang niya kina Nones at Cruz bukod umano sa pagdodroga ng mga ito sa kanya.
Kinol out naman ni Sandro ang INQUIRER.net at sinabi niyang misleading ang title ng headline ito na, “Sandro Muhlach’s lasciviousness case vs alleged rapists dismissed by Pasay court.”
Ayon kay Sandro, “Pay attention to what’s written. The case wasn’t dismissed, just one of the charges. The court removed the acts of lasciviousness charge because it’s already part of the sexual assault case, which is still ongoing. But we will still file motion for reconsideration for acts of lasciviousness.” Ronnie Carrasco III
