MANILA, Philippines- Arestado ng mga tauhan ng Makati City police ang Top 2 Most Wanted Person (MWP) ng station level Biyernes ng hapon, Abril 11.
Sa report ng Makati City police kay Southern Police District (SPD) acting district director PBGen Joseph R. Arguelles ay kinilala ang inarestong suspek na si alyas Wilson, 27.
Ayon kay Arguelles, naganap ang pagdakip sa suspek bandang alas-3:40 ng hapon sa kahabaan ng Kalayaan Avenue, Brgy. Olympia, Makati City.
Si alyas Wilson ay inaresto ng mga tauhan ng Warrant and Subpoena Unit (WSU) sa ilalim ng superbisyon ni Makati City police chief P/Col Jean I. Dela Torre sa bisa ng warrant of arrest sa kasong murder na may Criminal Case No. 8807 na inisyu noong Nobyembre 12, 2024 ni Taguig City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Presiding Judge Mariam Guzon Bien ng Branch Branch 153 na walang kaakibat na rekomendasyon ng piyansa.
Sinabi ni Arguelles na sa pag-aresto sa suspek ay binasahan ito ng kanyang constitutional rights bago ito dinala sa custodial facility ng Makati City police habang naghihintay ng commitment order ng korte para sa paglipat ng kanyang pagkukulungan sa Makati City jail.
