MANILA, Philippines – Arestado ng mga tauhan ng Pilar Sub-station ng Las Piñas City police, kabilang ang San Vicente Municipal Police Station ng Camarines Norte Police Provincial Office (PPO), ang tinaguriang Top 5 most wanted person (MWP) ng provincial level sa Camarines Norte dahil sa mga kasong rape at rape through sexual assault nitong Linggo ng hapon, Hunyo 29.
Kinilala ni Las Piñas City police chief P/Col. Sandro Jay Tafalla ang nadakip na suspek na si alyas Tian, 22 residente ng Purok 6, Santa Rosa Norte, Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte.
Base sa report n isinumite ni Tafalla kay Southern Police District (SPD) director P/Brig. Gen. Randy Arceo, naganap ang pagdakip sa suspek dakong ala 1:30 ng hapon sa kahabaan ng Aguirre Avenue, Barangay Pilar, Las Piñas City.
Ang pag-aresto kay alyas Tian ay naisakatuparan sa bisa ng isinilbing warrant of arrest na inisyu noong Abril 23, 2025 ni Family Trial Court Judge Rene Morallo Dela Cruz ng 5th Judicial Region, Branch 5, Daet, Camarines Norte.
Ang mga isinilbing warrant laban sa suspek ay may kaugnayan sa criminal case no. 33195 na kasong rape na walang rekomendasyon na piyansa at criminal case no. 33194 naman sa kasong rape through sexual assault na may rekomendasyong P200,000 piyansa para sa kanyang pansamantalang kalayaan.
Kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya ng San Vicente MPS, Camarines Norte PPO, habang naghihintay ng commitment order na magmumula sa korte.
