MANILA, Philippines – Patuloy ang pananalasa ng bagyong Tino sa Visayas, kung saan nananatiling nakataas ang Signal No. 4 sa walong lugar, ayon sa PAGASA nitong Martes ng umaga.

Sa ulat ng ahensya alas-5 ng umaga, namataan ang mata ng bagyo sa karagatang sakop ng San Francisco, Cebu. Kumikilos ito pa-kanluran sa bilis na 25 km/h taglay ang lakas ng hangin na 150 km/h at bugso hanggang 205 km/h. Nagbabala ang PAGASA na nagdudulot si Tino ng “life-threatening conditions” sa Camotes Island at mga karatig na lugar.

“Maaaring maranasan pa rin ang malalakas na ulan, matitinding hangin, at storm surge kahit sa mga lugar na hindi tinamaan ng sentro ng bagyo,” ayon sa PAGASA.

Tatawirin ni Tino ang Visayas at hilagang Palawan bago lumabas sa West Philippine Sea sa Miyerkules ng umaga, at posibleng lumabas sa Philippine Area of Responsibility pagsapit ng Miyerkules ng gabi o Huwebes ng madaling araw. Bahagya itong hihina habang dumaraan sa kalupaan ngunit mananatiling bagyo.
