MANILA, Philippines – Inanunsyo ng Senado na suspendido na ang pasok sa trabaho ngayong Huwebes, Oktubre 24 dahil sa inaasahang malakas na ulan na dala ng Severe Tropical Storm Kristine.
Sa abiso, sinabi ni Senate Secretary Renato Bantug Jr. na ipinag-utos ni Senate President “Chiz” Escudero ang suspensyon ng pasok sa trabaho sa Senado.
“However, the Deputy Secretary for Legislation is directed to assign personnel who shall report for work to receive copies of the General Appropriations Bill which will be transmitted by the House of Representatives to the Senate later today,” ani Bantug.
“Likewise, personnel of the OSAA and the MGSB who follow a shifting schedule are not covered by the work suspension,” dagdag pa niya.
