MANILA, Philippines – Lumakas pa sa kategoryang typhoon ang Bagyong Paolo at nag-landfall sa Dinapigue, Isabela bandang alas-9 ng umaga nitong Biyernes, ayon sa PAGASA.
Itinaas sa Signal No. 3 ang ilang bahagi ng Aurora, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Abra, Benguet, Ilocos Sur, at La Union.
Nakataas din ang Signal No. 2 sa:

Huling namataan si Paolo sa Dinapigue na may hanging 110 kph at bugso na 150 kph, kumikilos pa-kanluran hilagang-kanluran sa bilis na 25 kph. Ayon sa PAGASA, posibleng mas lumakas pa ito habang tumatawid ng Luzon at muling lalabas patungong West Philippine Sea.
