MANILA, Philippines – Tiniyak ng Quezon City government noong Miyerkules na tutulungan nito ang mga biktima ng kamakailang bus crash sa Infanta, Quezon, na nag-iwan ng 47 nasugatan at isang patay.
Ayon sa pahayag, mananagot ang mga mapatutunayang may sala sa insidente.
Ang bus, na may 47 pasahero na patungo sa isang youth leadership camp mula Barangay Bagong Silangan, ay bumangga sa Marilaque Road noong Dis. 29.
Sa mga pasahero, 40 ang minor ang injuries, 7 ang major injuries, at 1 ang namatay.
“The City Legal Department continues to coordinate with the victims, their families, investigators, and other concerned parties regarding the local government’s next legal steps,” ayon sa pahayag ng lungsod.
Dagdag pa nito, “The Quezon City Government continues to communicate with the families of the victims and will ensure the provision of appropriate assistance and support to them during this time of mourning and recovery.” RNT/MND
