“This accomplishment underscores the firm and sustained commitment of the Southern Police District in dismantling drug networks and neutralizing armed individuals who pose a serious threat to public safety. The arrest of a high-value individual who was not only engaged in illegal drugs but also in possession of firearms and explosives is a major blow to criminal elements operating in our communities. To those who continue to engage in the illegal drug trade and other criminal activities, let this serve as a clear message: the law will eventually catch up with you. Our police officers will not stop until our communities are safe, peaceful, and free from fear,” ani Arceo. James I. Catapusan
