MANILA, Philippines – Patuloy ang paglakas ni Severe Tropical Storm Paolo habang papalapit sa kalupaan ng Aurora–Isabela, ayon sa PAGASA nitong Biyernes ng umaga kung saan nakataas ang Signal no. 3 sa 10 lugar.
Kabilang dito ang bahagi ng Aurora, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Abra, Benguet, Ilocos Sur, at La Union.

Huli itong namataan sa karagatang sakop ng Dilasag, Aurora na may lakas ng hanging 110 kph at bugso hanggang 150 kph, habang kumikilos pakanluran-hilagang kanluran sa bilis na 25 kph. Ayon sa PAGASA, posibleng maging bagyo (typhoon) si Paolo paglabas nito sa West Philippine Sea.
Suspendido na rin ang klase at ilang trabaho sa mga tanggapan ng gobyerno sa iba’t ibang lugar dahil sa bagyo. RNT
