MANILA, Philippines – Ang mga campaign staff na hindi mababayaran ayon sa napagkasunduan ng mga politiko ay maaaring maghain ng reklamo sa National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), ayon sa isang opisyal.
Binanggit niya na ang mga campaign personnel ay itinuturing na mga term o service employees.
“They can be considered as term employees or service employees whose complaint are actionable by the NLRC,” ani Raymund Celino, Executive Labor Arbiter of the NLRC-Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) sa isang press conference.
“They can file a complaint in our office,” aniya pa.
Ayon naman kay Imelda Romanillos mula sa Department of Labor and Employment-CAR, maaaring imbitahan ang parehong partido, kasama na ang politiko, para sa isang conference.
Kailangang magsumite ng Statement of Contribution and Expenditures (SOCE) ang mga kandidato, na naglalaman ng sahod ng mga campaign staff, bago ang Hunyo 11, 2025. RNT
