MANILA, Philippines – HINDI akalain ng isang 36-anyos na waiter sa isang barko na matutunton ito, makaraang magkaroon ng kasong Act of Lasciviousness sa Puerto Prinsesa, Palawan at maaresto sa lungsod ng Pasay, nitong Martes ng gabi, Oktubre 3.
Bitbit ang arrest warrant ng isa sa mga tauhan ng Manila Police District-Barbosa Police Station 14 sa pangunguna ni Police Captain Fredwin Sernio, hepe ng Investigation Section na isinumiti kay Police Lieutenant Colonel Brillante Billaoac, Station Commander naaresto ang suspek na si Jeffrey Magsumbol, may-asawa at nanunuluyan sa panulukan ng Eusebio at Dominga Street, Pasay na inisyu ni Hon. Arlene Bayuga-Guillen, Presiding Judge ng Regional Trial Court Puerto Prinsesa, Palawan.
Si Magsumbol ay kinasuhan ng Acts of Lasciviousness under Article 336 ng RPC in rel. to Sec. 5 (b) of R.A. 7610- Most Wanted Person sa Irawan Police Station Puerto Princesa City Police Office (Station Level).
