”When the law was passed in 2022, almost 200 convictions were made,” pahayag ni Justice Assistant Secretary Jose Dominic Clavano sa isang Palace press briefing.

”So, we see a very significant jump ‘no after this law and this tool was given to the law enforcement and to the prosecution to actually convict perpetrators of OSAEC and CSAEM,” dagdag niya.

”So it’s a very high conviction rate.

”Whereby, people who are embedded in the community, people who have standing in their areas will serve as that mechanism to bridge between the community, where the crime actually happens and the law enforcement who can do something about it,” ani Clavano. RNT/SA
