MANILA, Philippines – Patuloy na makatatanggap ng suporta ng pamahalaan ang graduating beneficiaries ng Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), pagsisiguro ni Social Welfare and Development Secretary Rex Gatchalian nitong Biyernes, Enero 31.
Ang pahayag na ito ni Gatchalian ay kasabay ng “Trabaho sa Bagong Pilipinas” job fair ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) na may 94 participating employers na inimbitahan ng Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) sa mahigit 12,000 graduating 4Ps members.
Aniya, ang job fair opportunities ay magsisiguro sa mga benepisyaryo na hindi babalik sa kahirapan ang mga ito.
“President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. directed us… to ensure that the needs of our 4Ps graduates or beneficiaries that are exiting the program can still be provided. It includes landing a job to ensure that you will not go back to poverty,” pahayag ni Gatchalian.
“I know that the process is long but I assure you that the national government, and the DSWD will continue to assist you in your daily needs,” dagdag pa niya. RNT/JGC
