MANILA, Philippiens – NAKITA ng Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas na ang inflation nito lamang Nobyembre ay pumalo sa 4 hanggang 4.8 porsiyento.
“Higher prices of most agricultural commodities like rice, fruit, fish, and meat items and adjustments in electricity, LPG, and toll rates are the primary sources of upward price pressures in November,” ayon sa BSP.
“Lower prices of vegetables and petroleum products along with the peso appreciation could contribute to downward price pressures,” ayon pa sa Bangko Sentral.
Sa kabilang dako, nakatakda namang magpalabas ng official inflation data ang Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) sa Disyembre 5, araw ng Martes.
Bumagal ang inflation sa 4.9% noong Oktubre matapos bumilis sa nakalipas na dalawang buwan.
