Nakatakdang magpasa ng counter-affidavit ang kampo nina Nones at Cruz sa September 12 sa DOJ kung saan sasagutin na nila at ipiprisinta ang mga kontra-ebidensya nila sa reklamong panghahalay na isinampa ni Sandro. JP Ignacio
