MANILA, Philippines- Dahil sa ilang beses na hindi pagdalo sa pagdinig ng Kamara, umapela ang House Committee on Good Government and Public Accountability sa Department of Justice (DOJ) na magpalabas ng lookout bulletin order laban sa pitong opisyal ng Office of the Vice President (OVP) na iniimbestigahan dahil sa pagkakasangkot sa mismanagement of government funds sa ilalim ni Vice President Sara Duterte.
Una na ring nagpalabas ng subpoena ang komite laban sa OVP officials na sina OVP Chief of Staff Zuleika Lopez; Assistant Chief of Staff and Bids and Awards Committee Chair Lemuel Ortonio; Administrative and Financial Services Director Rosalynne Sanchez; Special Disbursing Officer (SDO) Gina Acosta, Chief Accountant Juleita Villadelrey.
“Considering these developments, I earnestly request your office to issue a Lookout Bulletin Order . This action is imperative to monitor their movements and prevent any potential attempt to flee the country, which could significantly hinder our investigation and broader efforts to uphold the integrity of public service,” paliwanag ni Chua.
